The fixtures for the new-look format of Premiership Rugby Cup for the 2024/25 season has been unveiled.

The tournament will see 10 teams from the Premiership competing alongside 10 Championship sides.

The 20 sides will be grouped into five pools of four teams apiece with the opening round set to take place in the November international window.

Matches will also be held during the February international window and continue into March, with the tournament concluding with the final on Saturday, March 15.

Defending champions Gloucester Rugby will face Hartpury University RFC, with Cherry and Whites captain Lewis Ludlow issuing a warning to anyone attempting to take the cup away from Kingsholm.

"It's great to once again open up the Premiership Rugby Cup to Championship clubs," said Rugby Director at Premiership Rugby Phil Winstanley.

"By regionalising Pool games the narrative, and stakes, are even more intense with some old rivals set to produce plenty of new stories for fans.

“Last season’s final at Kingsholm between Premiership heavyweights Gloucester Rugby and Leicester Tigers was a high-quality affair and showed the value that our clubs, players and supporters place on claiming some silverware.

“Many future stars of England Rugby come to prominence in the Premiership Rugby Cup with Immanuel Feyi-Waboso, Guy Pepper and Henry Pollock among some of the players to impress."

The best team from each of the five groups along with the next three best finished teams will progress to the quarter-finals.
