Argentina make three changes for South Africa clash

Argentina head coach Felipe Contepomi has made three changes to the starting line up for the fifth round of the Rugby Championship clash against South Africa to be played in in Santiago del Estero on Saturday.

Most of the changes come in the second row with Tomas Lavanini and Guido Petti making way for Pedro Rubiolo and Franco Molina.

The third and final change comes in the back row where Joaquin Oviedo comes in at number eight replacing Juan Martin Gonzalez, who drops to the bench. Oviedo scored two tries for the Pumas when he came off the bench during the record 67-27 win over Australia in the previous round.

Tighthead prop Pedro Delgado is set to make his debut when he comes off the bench while Santiago Carreras is in line to win hhis 50th Test cap.

“This is going to be a great match. We had magnificent support against Australia and I am sure it will be the same against the world champions,” said Contepomi.
