Gloucester have confirmed that five players will be leaving the Premiership club at the end of the 2023/24 season.

Jonny May will lead the departing list having made close to 200 appearances for the club across two stints. He has amassed 73 tries for the Cherry and Whites and was part of the squad that won the Challenge Cup in 2015.

Adam Hastings will be returning back to Scotland to rejoin Glasgow Warriors while Santi Socino will head to France to join Agen in the summer.

Also joining the players, who will be leaving them at the end of the ongoing campaign is Harry Elrington. He joined Gloucester from London Irish in 2021 and has made 59 appearances since then.

The final name on the list will be Alex Hearle, who joined them at the start of the season after Worcester Warriors entered into administration. He will be joining Newcastle Falcons next season where he will reunite with Steve Diamond.

Gloucester are positioned ninth in the Gallagher Premiership table with four wins from 17 matches.
