New Zealand have climbed to the second position in the World Rugby Rankings following their unbeaten success in the recently concluded Rugby Championship tournament.

Shannon Frizell, Codie Taylor, Will Jordan, Caleb Clarke, Mark Telea and Reiko Ioane all scored tries for the All Blacks as they defeated Australia 38-7 in the final round of the competition to claim the Bledisloe Cup for the 21st consecutive year while also winning the Rugby Championship tournament.

The victory has seen the All Blacks gain 0.45 rating points as they go past France to the second place in the table while Australia continue to remain at eight with a deficit of 1.60 points behind Argentina.

South Africa's one point victory over Argentina saw them gain a slender rating point of 0.01 as they retain their fourth place with the Pumas continuing to remain at seventh.

The biggest gainer of the week has been Fiji as they defeated Samoa 33-19 in Apia that saw them gain a rating point of 1.51. Fiji now have climbed to the 10th place in the table pushing Samoa to 13th.
