Highlights: Wales v South Africa - World Cup semi-final

South Africa continued their impressive run in 2019 as they edged out Wales 16-19 in the semi-final at International Stadium Yokohama to lock horns with England in the final of the World Cup.

In a riveting opening 50 minutes, both the teams were unseparated as Dan Biggar and Handre Pollard kicked three penalties apiece and just when Damian de Allende provided the Boks with an edge following a 57th minute try, Josh Adams crossed over for Wales few minutes later to ensure both the teams were levelled at 16-16 heading into the closing stage.

With four minutes left in the game, Pollard landed the decisive penalty kick to ensure Rassie Erasmus' men completed a three-point win and kept their hope of third title win alive after emerging victorious in 1995 and 2007 editions. Here are the highlights from the encounter.
